Holiday taxes

A few things to know. Holiday tax must be paid by individuals staying in holiday accommodation in the Comune di Rimini at a cost of €1.50 per person per night for up to 7 consecutive nights. It must be paid to the accommodation where you are staying in cash.

-  children (up to their 14th birthday);

- individuals accompanying patients being treated in local hospitals, one person per patient;

- staff working for the police force, armed services and firefighting services who are staying in the accommodation for work purposes;

- any bus driver or person accompanying tourists assisting groups organised by travel and tourism agencies, for every 25 participants;

Regulation on the reservation

Mode for booking: the final confirmation of the booking is required a deposit of 30% to 100% of the total reservation

In the event of changes to the reservation and / or early departure will cancel all the offers, the stay will be calculated with the tariffs and whole food supplements, a 3-day minimum penalty will be applied on the week and 6 days of 2 weeks. Useful information:

- You will not be reimbursed if you choose not to eat the meals you have booked.

- You will not be reimbursed if you choose not to spend day(s) at the beach. 

- The management reserves the right to change prices based on availability.

- Any changes to bookings must be accepted by the management. If refused, the original booking remains valid.

- If you have any special food requirements (allergies, purée for babies, etc.) please tell us in advance.

- Check-in is at 2pm. Check-out is at 10am.

- Restaurant opening hours are (apart from if changes made by the management): breakfast from 7.30am to 10am, lunch from 12.30pm to 1.30pm, dinner from 7.30pm to 8.30pm

- The hotel has a free outdoor car park (limited spaces available). The car park is not supervised. You cannot reserve a space and a space is not guaranteed.

- - Bikes are available for you to use. You will be asked to provide ID when you pick up the keys. Your ID will be returned when you return the bikes in their original condition. If your bike is stolen, the person borrowing the bike is responsible for replacing it (the cost of the bike is €150.00). If bikes are damaged, you will be charged for repairs
